The Rigol DG1062Z function generator is the 60Hz model in the DG1000Z series of 2 channel function generators. The DG1000Z models are multifunctional and widely applicable. Several standard functions are built in. In addition to arbitrary functions, these generators can also generate pulses, noise and harmonics. The harmonics generator can generate up to 8th order signals. Standard there are 160 waveforms built in. With a 1 ppm frequency stability and only -125 dBc/Hz deviation, these generators are very precise.
For arbitrary functions the DG1000Z have a memory of 8 Mpts which can optionally be extended to 16 Mpts. These function generators are easy to set up using the 3.5" TFT colour screen and the simple control panel. Furthermore, the function generators can be programmed via a USB or LAN connection using the Ultra Sigma software.
