The Rigol RSA3030-TG is a real-time spectrum analyser in the RSA3000 series.
A real-time spectrum analyser uses the Fast
Fourier Transform to convert the signal from the time domain to the frequency domain. This ensures that
short and fast signals are better captured. In addition to the real-time mode, these analysers also have the 'sweep' mode, which allows you to
in 1 ms a complete analysis of the signal can be done.
Due to the low Displayed Average Noise Level of these analysers, low-power signals such as harmonics and sources of interference are
well displayed and easy to troubleshoot. It is also easy, due to the low minimum resolution bandwidth of 1 Hz,
to keep signals with frequencies close to each other apart. Furthermore, there are 7 real-time visualization modes
and the analysers have powerful trigger capabilities.
The analysers in this series feature a large 10.1" multi-touch screen for easy operation. In addition
it is also possible to connect a keyboard, mouse, monitor or PC and use it to operate the analysers.
The models with -TG in the name have a Tracking Generator which allows for example cables, antennas, filters and active
components can be tested.
