The Rigol DSA-710 is an entry level spectrum analyser with basic specifications. It has a bandwidth up to 1.0 GHz and a large screen.
The spectrum analyser is based on a fully digital intermediate frequency filtering. This gives several possibilities; high resolution, high measuring speed and high reliability. Furthermore, the analyser has a built-in pre-amplifier.
The spectrum analyser can be connected to a computer via USB, LAN or optional GPIB connector, after which Ultra Sigma, or NI software can easily be used to communicate with the analyser. In addition, various information can be stored on a memory stick via the built-in USB port. Furthermore, the analyser has a headphone jack to perform AM/FM demodulation and to hear the audio output.
The DSA710 comes with a variety of optional accessories including advanced measurement options, VSWR kit and quasi peak detection kit. Most of these options can be added to the analyser at a later stage.
