The Rigol DP831A belongs to the Rigol DP800 series and has 3 channels. The first channel can measure a voltage of 0-8V and a current of 0-5A, the second channel can measure a voltage of 0-30V and a current of 0-2A and the third channel can measure a voltage of 0-(-30)V and a current of 0-2A. The power supply has a USB Host, USB Device, LAN, RS232 and digital I/O connections and a color screen.

The Rigol DP800 series power supplies have a good price/quality ratio. The power supplies are accurate and have a power of 160W. They also are equipped with a clear color display where the built-in voltage, current, and power measurements are displayed. In addition, the power supplies can be programmed by using a PC.
