The Aim-TTi I-prober 520 is a unique current probe. This product can detect and measure currents in PCB rails and other conductors where conventional current probes cannot be used, such as enclosed wires in components, the legs of integrated circuits and PCB grounding. The I-Prober 520 uses positional H-field measurement. By placing the insulated tip of the probe on a circuit board, the current flowing into the probe can be detected and measured. The I-Prober 520 comes with a clip-on clamp, which allows a closed measurement to be made.
